Interest and purpose of the training

This training seminar allows participants to learn how to lead and manage effectively the organizations, programs and resources they are responsible for as managers in a new public administration. In addition, participants will have the opportunity to start an in-depth examination of the different mechanisms and modalities of social dialogue in the public sector.
