Interest and purpose of the training

This training is a study of the current practices and policies pertaining to the development, implementation and maintenance of environmental management systems (EMS).

• Identify the components in various environmental and health and safety management systems.
• Document environmental aspects, impacts, health and safety hazards, and risks for selected activities.
• Develop an environmental policy for an organization.
• Develop environmental objectives and monitor their implementation.
• Develop and implement a basic environmental management system in an organization.
