Management of Security-Related Risks During Policy Program Design and Implementation

Interest and purpose of the training

This course aims to provide participants with the skills and knowledge needed to become Prompt Engineers (professionals specialising in creating effective prompts for language models, customising these models for specific tasks, and integrating these models into NLP applications).

• Knowledge of institutional organisation, the legal framework and the major issues in prevention and internal security, mastery of the main tools for analysing prevention and security policies.
• Documentary research and synthesis, notes to elected representatives and administrative and executive managers in the private security sector, design of media for presenting projects and work.
• Designing, conducting and monitoring a study: translating an institutional order into specifications, setting up a survey system, processing and analysing data, writing reports and summary notes, ability to evaluate an expert report.
• Designing assessment systems (knowledge of fundamental methods and principles), developing consultation systems, implementing risk management analysis.

Main themes to be developed

• Understanding the environment and issues involved in prevention and security policies: knowledge of institutional organisation, the legal framework and the major issues involved in prevention and internal security, mastery of the main tools for analysing prevention and security policies.
• Drawing up summary documents and communication media: documentary research and summary, notes to elected representatives and administrative and executive managers in private security, design of media for presenting projects and work (PowerPoint presentations, notes, reports).
• Designing, conducting and monitoring a study: translating an institutional order into specifications, setting up a survey system (drawing up an issue, questionnaires and interview guides), processing and analysing data, writing reports and summary notes, ability to evaluate an expert report (as the client).
• Mastering the tools for steering and evaluating prevention and safety policies: designing evaluation systems (knowledge of fundamental methods and principles), developing consultation systems, implementing risk management analysis.
