• Master the preparation of Financial Monitoring Reports

• Be familiar with disbursements based on Interim Financial Reports and disbursements based on SOEs
• mastering disbursement procedures (reimbursement; advance, direct payment, special commitment)
• Ensuring sound administrative and financial management of a development project or programme
• mastering and adopting the best tools and methods for financial management and analysis
• Analyse common problems encountered in requests for withdrawal of funds and learn how to avoid them

• Identifying levers and actions for a transversal and sustainable transformation of support structures: developing strategies and feasible activities.
