Interest and purpose of the training

This course will help participants to understand the link between gender budgeting, gender equality, human rights, human development and good governance. They will be able to recognise the main conceptual frameworks and tools to be used during the budget cycle, the different scales of intervention and the role of the different actors in these initiatives.
