Interest and purpose of the training

• Introduce participants to the tools and techniques for conducting a diagnosis or assessment of the PFM public finance management system.
• To assess the quality (strengths and weaknesses) of PFM against generally accepted international standards;

• To provide participants with a common source of information as a basis for further dialogue on PFM reforms
