Interest and purpose of the training

• To master the methodological approaches and tools needed to design, manage and evaluate a humanitarian project.
• Identify the methods used to diagnose needs and data collection tools, depending on the context and terms of reference.
• Describe the main stages in the design of multi-sector programmes and projects (water, protection, nutrition, etc.).
• Design a logical framework and programme project activities.
• Set up a steering system by selecting the necessary indicators and tools.
• Choose the relevant criteria for an ex-post evaluation (at the end of the project).
