Interest and purpose of the training

This training will equip r officers with all the skills needed to plan and successfully implement sustainable change within their work environment. The attendants will analyze leadership skills and approaches to implementing successful change through influencing behavior and attitudes and they will explore how they can be applied or adapted to their work environment.
